Any items purchased during discount Sale or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any exchange.

We provide a hassle-free exchange with 0 pickup cost. A courier partner will be assigned for a pickup after we rectify your request.

Please Make sure you exchange the parcel with the box, bag, bills & tags must be intact on the garment. We only initiate the process with that.

STEP 4

After reviewing the product received from you, Our warehouse team quality checks the product. This process usually takes 48 hours.

STEP 5

The exchange procedure takes 7-10 working days to be completed. Since it involves the pickup, Quality check, checking inventory, or re-making a new product, It may take time We ship the product back to you with the tracking ID shared to you on your mail id/or you will get a link from our logistics.
