Is cod available?

Yes! COD is available for orders below INR 5000 on all serviceable pin codes.

Once you place your order, usually takes 2-5 working days to reach all the metros and tier Icities, Our working days count from Monday to Fridayand excludes public holidays. The order however for some pin codes it might take alittle more time. In case of delay please get in touch with us on:

You can place your order either by direct message on Instagram or you can even directly make a purchase from our Shain fashion website. Please make sure to cross-check the size chart before placing the order.

In case of returns/exchange, visit the returns section on the website or click here to raise a return request for your order. You need to pack the product back in its original packing (with tags) and handover the packet to our courier person. As soon as we have it back in our warehouse, we will verify and issue a credit note to your account.

Please note that handling fee of INR 100 is charged for returns.

In addition, order placed during any sales are not eligible for returns / exchanges.

We have a total of 9 sizes ranging from xs to 5xl. In order to find which size will suit you best, we have a size chart just beside the product you will be viewing. You can measure your body parts with an inch-tape, and then match the sizes mentioned in the size chart.

We strive to deliver the best quality standards, however, in case you receive a damaged / defective product, we should be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Also, we request you to email us a photograph of the damaged / defective product on: customercare@shainfashion.com Instagram: Whatsapp :

do not worry or panic if you have received defective or wrong sized products, You just need to drop a mail, within 2 days of receiving the order, at customercare@shainfashion.com and our customer executives will get back to you. Our revert time is 72 hours. We just have the exchange service for the time being. Just keep the dress in a preserved condition with all its tags and packaging.

Return request needs to be
raised within 2 days of the delivery date.

In most cases, the payment gets automatically credited back to you account within 2-3 business days. In case it does not, mail us the details of your transaction at:
