Any items purchased during discount Sale or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns. 

STEP 1

Process the bot chat and fill out the form after that an agent will be assigned to you to rectify. Please Note: An agent will not be available live. An agent will be assigned anytime between Mon-Fri (10:30 am -6:30 pm). Please keep patience, Your query will be heard and solved. STEP 2

We provide a hassle-free Return with 0 pickup cost. A courier partner will be assigned for a pickup after we rectify your request.

STEP 3

Please Make sure you return the parcel with the box, bag, bills & tags must be intact on the garment. We don't initiate the process without that.

STEP 4

After reviewing the product received from you, Our warehouse team quality checks the product. This process usually takes 48 hours.

STEP 5

Once the product is rectified, Our mail team will revert by sending you a  credit note card on your mail id which contains a credit note code. You can use the credit note code to shop later on our website, Valid for 3 months only.

If the order of the item(s) that you want to cancel has not been shipped yet, you can raise your cancellation request via the following routes :

  1. Via 'My Orders' section
    Go to your account > Click on 'Orders' > Go to the order you want to cancel and select 'Order Details' > Click on 'Cancel Item' > Select the item(s) in your order that you would like to cancel and provide the reason for cancellation and 'Confirm' > Once submitted, your item(s) will be cancelled and your refund will be processed.
  2. Via the Help Center
    Click on 'Have a Concern' > 'Write To Us' > 'Submit a Request' > Provide us with your order ID details and your request to cancel your order. > Our service representative will review your query and revert in 24 hours.
